In case its not obvious from the picture (and I know it isnt) He's the dapper sort of assassin. A bond type. Instead of using the wind directly to kill he simply launches his marks to great heights and lets gravity do the work. In the picture hes walking away from his mark and lifting them with such force that their shoes have flown off. How cavalier.
